Robotic Induction with the PickOne Perception System
The PickOne Perception System identifies the pick points of parcels in an accumulation chute and sends the points to your robot. The robot arm picks and places each parcel onto an outbound conveyor.
PickOne verifies placement and addresses errors by issuing robot commands to reposition errant parcels. PickOne applications include induction, decanting, packing, order consolidation, cycle counting, and mixed depalletization.
Random Mixed Robotic Depalletization with PickOne
Plus One Robotics, JR Automation, and Fanuc America team up to deliver 3-D/AI powered random mixed depalletizing for the logistics market.

Quick Deployment Kit
Custom design takes time. Get started in less than a month with Plus One Robotics’ pre-engineered Quick Deployment Kit (QDK), a fully integrated hardware and software solution including perception, manipulation, and intelligence.
QDK applications include: Goods-to-robot, order consolidation, decanting, cycle counting, singulation, induction, order packing.
The Missing Middle - Supervised Autonomy for Robots
Plus One Robotics’ CEO Erik Nieves explains why supervised autonomy is the “missing middle” of robotics – a new and untapped market where one human Crew Chief can digitally manage a crew of robots located anywhere in real time.
Plus One Robotics Overview
We understand what the logistics industry is going through – massive growth in e-commerce demand, but also a challenging labor market. Plus One’s software gives robot arms the ability to see the world and the intelligence to perform monotonous material handling tasks so people can be elevated to more challenging and rewarding jobs. Robots work. People rule.
Plus One Robotics - Origins and ROS-Industrial Roots
Co-founders Erik Nieves, Shaun Edwards, and Paul Hvass discuss how their collaboration to launch the ROS-Industrial open source software project led to their current collaboration – Plus One Robotics.
Robots work. People rule.
VP of Sales, Dave Scheffrahn explains four advantages of connecting a human Crew Chief to your robots using Plus One’s Yonder software.
MSC Automated Packing Application
With Plus One Robotics, MSC has deployed a patent-pending 3D-vision and AI-enabled robotic packing system in its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, customer fulfillment center and now plans to implement the system across its five major centers.

(R03) True Human-Robot Collaboration: The Next Step for Industrial Automation
At the first annual public session of the re:MARS conference in Las Vegas, Plus One Robotics CEO Erik Nieves presented his vision for cognitive collaboration as the enabling technology for widespread adoption of robotics in e-commerce. People–with their abilities to perceive the world, think and make decisions–will supply what robots lack. Collaborating cognitively, people and robots will be able to address inherently variable tasks, like those found in e-commerce and beyond.
