Welcome to the headquarters of Plus One Robotics. Today, we’re going to take a tour of our customer experience center.
This is our customer experience center. Come on in. It’s all about the robots, baby.
Let’s start with our Quick Deployment Kit. It’s the fastest way to get you started automating, picking from unstructured collections of items. It’s a turnkey hardware-software system that gives users a chance to try out Plus One software on any of the market-leading industrial robots.
And PickOne is pretty good. It’ll go for a while on its own, but eventually, it’s going to run into a situation where it needs some help understanding the world. And that’s where our next product comes in. It’s called Yonder. As in someone over yonder can help out. We will visit our Crew Chief on the last stop of this tour, but for now, let’s see how it works from here.
See the robot is calling for help now. If I click on the screen, that’s where the robot will pick next. What is cool is it’s using my click on a 2D screen using that with 3D data from the camera and using that to command a position and orientation for the robot to pick.

This is a pilot system that we developed for a customer in the Northeast. It’s for a business-to-business e-commerce company. They receive internet orders and fulfill them into blue totes. From there, the contents of the tote pass through a scan tunnel that we called Route One.
Route One, determines the size box that the items will fit into. And those totes are sent to the robot. Once the tote arrives in front of the robot, PickOne commands the robot to pick these items from the tote and place them into the box for shipping. This system is live in production at the customer’s site, as we speak.
Now, the next thing I’d like to show you is a robot cell that we developed for a trade show. Now it is converted to a test for a customer application. It’s a good illustration of just how fast PickOne can command picks.
We can process more than 30 picks per minute. Here are the views of our two cameras. There’s a pick zone and a place zone. The robot is not only using vision to identify picks but also to inspect the place zone to make sure only one item exits each cycle.
Let’s look at a new application that PickOne and Yonder can tackle. This is a fifty-kilogram payload robot. It is our development system for an application called Mixed Depalletization. We have a camera mounted overhead, and this is what the camera is seeing. We use AI to recognize each box. And then we use 3D data to compute a pick point. The software doesn’t know ahead of time how the boxes will be arranged when the pallet arrives.
Just think of how many back injuries we’re going to save because people don’t have to lift all these boxes.

So while we love robots. We are a 3D machine vision software company. CheckOne is a 3D inspection system for parcels. It tracks data over time so you can monitor upstream processes. It can inspect for missing barcodes and oversize items, but its strength is in detecting multiple items overlapping on the belts. The red light indicates the defects.
